Your Investment in Therapy

Insurance

I am currently in-network with most major insurance plans in Texas, Nevada, and Florida, including:

  • Aetna

  • United Healthcare/UMR

  • Optum

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (Texas only)
(Unfortunately, I do not accept BCBS in Nevada or Florida.)

We’ll discuss your coverage options during our consultation call and confirm eligibility before your first session. If insurance applies, I’ll handle the billing.

I also take Compsych EAP benefits.

Next Steps

If you’re curious about starting therapy, I offer a free consultation call to help you get a sense of what working together would look like.
You don’t need to know all the answers — I’ll walk you through what to expect.

Investing in your mental health is one of the most meaningful decisions you can make.
Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, boundaries, relationships, or your own inner healing — therapy is a space for clarity, growth, and long-term change.

Session Rate

My standard fee for individual therapy is $110 per 50-minute session. I have a limited number of sliding scale spots for self-pay clients who cannot afford the full rate.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via credit/debit card or HSA/FSA accounts. You’re welcome to use whichever method feels most accessible and convenient for you.

Not Using Insurance?

Many clients choose to pay out-of-pocket for therapy for privacy, flexibility, or personal reasons. Paying privately means we’re not required to assign a diagnosis or work within insurance limitations — and you get to decide how often we meet and what we focus on.

If you’re unsure about insurance vs. private pay, I’m happy to talk through it with you.
